Spontaneous Shift

Spontaneous Shift includes eight private sessions. Each session is one hour, online, with me. This dose of yoga shifts long standing patterns and jumpstarts healing, based on science, my clinical experience, and teaching thousands of students over many years.

  • I provide support over time rather than a pleasant, but short lived experience.

Three ways to pay. Pay for all eight sessions at once for $599, pay in two monthly payments of $300, or pay in three monthly installments of $200.

Once you purchase a Spontaneous Shift, you’ll be prompted to schedule yourself in the scheduler.

  • Thursdays 12:00 PM EST/9:00 AM PST-6:00 PM EST/3:00 PM PST

  • Fridays 10:00 AM EST/7:00 AM EST-3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST

  • Other times available upon request.

In some states, I can offer general nutrition advice. I am explicitly size and class inclusive in this work. This may include time spent by me outside of your sessions, assessing current diet, reading your current supplement labels, and providing a written plan. Additional time outside of sessions costs $50 per hour.

Tips for Spontaneous Shift

Logging in to book private sessions for Spontaneous Shift is different than logging in for Spontaneous Yoga Membership

  1. Log in to Spontaneous Yoga Membership at the top of any page of this website where it says “Login.”

  2. Log in to the online scheduler to book private sessions. At the top of any page of this website choose “Booking” and “Online Scheduler” in the drop down menu.

  3. Choose “Book private sessions.”

  4. At the upper right corner it says “Returning? Log in.”

  5. If you registered for an account, per your saved email, the system will remember your package. You will not be charged again.

  6. Follow the directions below to register for an account and make scheduling easier long term.

  1. Go to your saved email (your initial confirmation email).

  2. Click the link there to schedule your appointment.

  3. Register for your account on the confirmation page after scheduling.

  4. Now that you’re registered, you will be able to log in in the upper right corner of the online scheduler where it says, “Returning? Log in.”

How to redeem a package:

  1. If you’ve created an account, log in in the upper right hand corner of the online scheduler. The system will remember your package.

  2. Alternatively, you can go to your saved email (your initial confirmation email or subscription paid email).

  3. Click the link there to schedule your appointment.

  4. Register for your account on the confirmation page after scheduling.

Sign up for private sessions in bulk once you’ve created an account.

  1. Log into your account through your saved email or in the upper right hand corner of the online scheduler where it says, “Returning? Log in.”

  2. Pick book private sessions.

  3. Pick your day, pick the time.

  4. Click "Recurring," and choose the number of times you want the session to recur.

  5. Click "Add times."

  6. Then, repeat the process with another day before clicking "Schedule Appointment.”

  7. You can repeat this process for as many days as you want.

  8. Once you have added all the desired sessions, click "Schedule Appointment."
