Then, Dr. Liz teaches breath, yoga, healthy joint movement, and meditation to help you get curious, follow your heart, and heal. There are lots of different ways to do things for different bodies. You are encouraged to choose what works for you. There are always seated options. You have instant access to a library of classes with a wealth of information on yoga, science, and healing.

I offer eight private sessions in a package called Spontaneous Shift. It’s my best guess, based on science and experience, as to the dose of yoga that shifts long standing patterns. It gives me time to earn your trust. I never just ask for it.
