It’s called Spontaneous Yoga because it is spontaneous! Class starts with your questions (live or via email) about how to use yoga to help things like back pain, knee pain, shoulder stiffness, headaches, fatigue, focus, and anxiety. Then, Dr. Liz teaches breath, yoga, healthy joint movement, and meditation to help you get curious, follow your heart, and heal. There are lots of different ways to do things for different bodies. You are encouraged to choose what works for you. There are always seated options. You have instant access to a library of classes with a wealth of information on yoga, science, and healing.

After two graduate degrees, a long time yoga practice, and personal mentorship from masters, Dr. Liz thought she knew about breath and healing. This changed everything. It cleared her mind, gave her strength she didn’t know she had, and helped her recover from long illness. It’s not just about the belly!

Trust is transformative

Trust that makes a healing connection is earned over time through listening, loving presence, and integrity. Trust opens the heart, allows the body space to heal, and frees creativity. Trust can happen through integrity, professionalism, and expertise.

I offer eight private sessions in a package called Spontaneous Shift. It’s my best guess, based on science and experience, as to the dose of yoga that shifts long standing patterns. It gives me time to earn your trust. I never just ask for it.

When I don’t know, I say so. I love working with other healthcare professionals. I refer promptly when needed. You'll have my expertise, listening ear, and heart supporting you. Connect to your own wisdom, try new things, and heal.
