Slow, gentle, and holistic.
The way Dr. Liz works as a chiropractor is very similar to the way she works as a yoga teacher. They listen deeply. She centers your story and experience. They offer different options for different bodies' needs.
The care offered cannot single handedly fix the systemic reasons for stress, pain, and trauma.
It can help you survive them and maybe thrive.
