I'm Liz, a chiropractor and yoga teacher. I help people of all sizes and abilities feel great moving their bodies.

I teach high quality yoga classes, accessible where ever you are. Movements are simple and fun. All abilities are welcome. I also teach online private sessions for individuals and yoga science for teacher trainings.

Gentle in person chiropractic care is offered in Ithaca, NY.

Spontaneous Yoga (online)

Tuesday mornings 7:30-8:30 am EST/4:30-5:30 am PST

Thursdays 12:00-1:00 pm EST/9:00-10:00 am PST

Students report less pain and more feelings of connection and joy after every Spontaneous Yoga class. Stress relieving breath and meditation are coupled with movements designed by Dr. Liz to optimally relieve tension and pain, based on student requests. Yoga for Conditioning and Sleep (online)

Monday evenings 7:30-8:30 pm EST/4:30-5:30 pm PST 

Hour-long accessible class: chair, floor, and standing options. Choose your own level of intensity! A half hour of sun salutation, core strength, and balance followed a half hour of gentle movement, stretching, self massage, breathing, and meditation. Recordings available. Private sessions

I offer eight private sessions in a package called Spontaneous Shift. It’s my best guess, based on science and experience, as to the dose of yoga that shifts long standing patterns. It gives me time to earn your trust. I never just ask for it.

When I don’t know, I say so. I love working with other healthcare professionals. I refer promptly when needed. You'll have my expertise, listening ear, and heart supporting you. Connect to your own wisdom, try new things, and heal.
