Pure Hot Yoga A2 offers an online yoga teacher training twice a year, taught by Lora Rosenbaum. This training is one of Dr. Liz’s FAVORITE places to teach yoga science.

Pure Hot Yoga A2’s teachers are curious and fun. They become empowered, compassionate teachers who WORK.

In this one hour online class, Lora will take your practice deeper and share her yoga teaching philosophy. Dr. Liz will teach the link between yoga, stress, trauma, and health.

  • Education Director

    Lora did her initial Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles in 2000 and has been in love with teaching ever since! She owned and operated yoga studios, led workshops and classes around the country, and developed inclusive yoga programs. She directs the Behavioral Health Clinic in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

    Lora founded the 26 and 2 Hot Yoga Teacher Training four years ago, and shares passionately what she learned with others. She collaborates with a phenomenal team at the University of Michigan for the research study “Adapted Yoga for People Aging with Spinal Cord Injury.”

  • Yoga science teacher

    Liz is a chiropractor and yoga teacher. They spent years learning personally from yoga masters in two lineages, teaching yoga at a busy city studio. They went back to school and got two graduate degrees (DC and MSACN), founded their own clinic, consulted on yoga research, and taught yoga teachers. They spent fifteen years learning about healing from both science and yoga tradition. They teach people to heal themselves using yoga and science.
