I understand that I am participating in free consultations, yoga classes, and private yoga sessions at my own risk. I release Elizabeth Olson, DC, MSACN, Yoga Teacher and Close to the Bone LLC from liability for any injuries or conditions of any kind arising from my participation in these free consultations, yoga classes, and private yoga sessions. I understand that I agree to these terms by scheduling a free consultation, yoga class, or private yoga session.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I hereby assume all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to myself.
Yoga Close to the Bone recommends that you establish and maintain a relationship with your medical providers. Private yoga sessions and workshops are not a substitute for medical advice or care. Group classes may have a substitute teacher or be rescheduled in case of emergency or illness. Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled by the client via the online scheduler 24 hours in advance or the full amount will be charged. Spontaneous Shift, single private session, private session packages and single group classes must be used within one year of purchase.
Spontaneous shift, all classes, all sessions, all packages, and all subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You are responsible for canceling your own membership. Here’s how:
Log into your customer account.
Click Account, then click Memberships.
Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.
If you have remaining payments: click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
When you cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You'll still have access to your customer account, but navigation links to members-only content won't display.
