Yoga for Conditioning and Sleep
Hour-long accessible class: chair, floor, and standing options. Choose your own level of intensity! A half hour of sun salutation, core strength, and balance followed a half hour of gentle movement, stretching, self massage, breathing, and meditation.

Private Sessions
Students take private sessions to keep moving safely post surgery, get support as they grieve or heal trauma, and feel safe moving again. Some students want to know pain and yoga science. Some students have advanced yoga questions about being an empath, energetic experiences, and what happened during meditation.
In my private sessions, I ask a lot of questions and listen deeply. I tune into the body intuitively and empower students with science. I have the skills to keep many different people safe physically and mentally while they're practicing.
Sometimes, after spending a few sessions with me, students ignore my direction because they're in bliss. They have courage to follow their bodily wisdom. I'm never prouder. It's hard to stay small once you feel great moving your body.
