Hi, I’m Dr. Elizabeth Olson
(she/they), a chiropractor and yoga teacher. I spent years learning personally from yoga masters in two lineages, teaching yoga at a busy city studio. I went back to school and got two graduate degrees (DC and MSACN), founded my own clinic, consulted on yoga research, and taught yoga teachers.
I spent fifteen years of my life learning about healing from both science and yoga tradition, and I’m not a healer. I’m a teacher. I teach people to heal themselves.
