Choice is healing.

Dr. Liz, a white non binary person with a shaved head, does a lunge and twist yoga posture outside with their arms outstretched. The background is black, they are on top of a small hill with flowers looking up.

Choice is healing. Choices can also be hard. If trusting yourself is difficult, start by giving yourself some grace. It’s ok not to know. It’s ok to pause. It’s ok to try something that doesn’t work out, especially in yoga class.

Spontaneous yoga classes are a safe place for you to experiment.

You can follow my guidance exactly, if that feels right. I might guide a few different ways to do the posture and invite you to choose one. You can throw the guidance out the window, doing exactly what your body wants, moment to moment. It’s ok to feel lost or strange along the way.

I hope you feel empowered and enjoy moving your body. Spontaneous Yoga Webinar is a one hour taste of what it feels like to experience bliss, move from your heart, and heal. I hope you enjoy it.
